In July 2006 we started storing all of our client documentation online. You can find copies of your contracts, inspections, disclosures, and escrow documents online, 24x7, 365 days a year. Your documentation will be kept online for 7 years.

We maintain an exhaustive list of home service providers that have been recommended to us by our clients and fellow Realtors. Any time you are looking for someone to do some work around the house, please call our office at 925-366-3276 or simply submit the information in the form below. Our list includes, landscapres, gardners, pool service and maintenance providers, roofers, plumbers, handymen, general contractors, window washers, flooring installers, and the list goes on. If we don't already have a contact for the job you request we will use our network to get you a solid recommendation.

What is my home worth?
You can use free tools like Zillow.com if you are just playing around. (tip: don't use phishing websites like HouseValues.com or HomeGain.com or your information will be sold to realtors and others). If you have a serious need to refinance or sell your home you will need better information than what you get from an generic Internet report. Request a free Comparable Market Analysis from the WILLINGHAM TEAM and we will prepare a current valuation using homes currently for sale and recently sold. But more importantly, our knowledge of local market conditions will be reflected in the information we prepare for you. The report will feature over 20 pages of highly pertinent information about the competition and price history in your area.
